Site Name Origin

Fedaykin comes from a classic science fiction novel by Frank Herbert. Frank Herbert wrote a book called Dune. In Dune "Fedaykin" refers to the 15 most loyal and skilled warriors that guarded Paul Atraties (the main character in the book). The novel remains one of my favorite novels of all time.
